New condominium buildings in New York City require legal and architectural documentation known as an Offering Plan to be approved by the New York State Attorney General’s Office before they can be marketed to the general public. The architect’s responsibility in these projects is to develop condominium plans that show sellable square footages, prepare a detailed report outlining the property’s condition and features, and to prepare maps to subdivide tax lots. Over 12 years, DOMA has obtained approval for over 100 condominium and tax projects of various sizes. Below are the largest, featured projects. DOMA did not serve as the design architect or architect of record for the following condominium projects. DOMA completed a scope of work as it pertains to the architectural portion an Offering Plan either working for the architect of record or contracting directly with the building owner/associates.
